Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of Hatched (hatched.tech) and to all purchases made through it. The provider is [Name or company], [Address] (see legal notice). In case of doubt, the German version prevails.

2. Account

The generator requires an account. You sign in with Google or with a link sent by email. An account belongs to one person and must not be shared.

You can delete your account at any time in the account itself. The provider may block an account that breaches these terms, in particular by passing on files or abusing the free trials.

3. Free use

Without a subscription you can try all templates without limit and three of your own images, as a preview only. Export and saving are not available without a subscription. Images uploaded without a subscription are deleted at the latest 48 hours after uploading.

4. Subscription

The subscription is available monthly or yearly. It includes DXF export and saving and editing hatches. Prices in Swiss francs, [note on VAT].

The subscription renews automatically for the chosen period. You can cancel it at any time in the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. There is no refund for partial periods, including when you delete your account.

If a payment fails, export, saving and editing are locked until the payment is made. After the subscription ends, saved hatches remain visible, but export and editing are locked. Drafts are deleted 30 days after their last change.

5. Library

The library is a package of ready-made hatches as DXF. It is paid once and can then be downloaded from your account as often as you like, even without a subscription, as long as the account exists. Deleting the account ends access. The content of the library may change.

6. Payment

Payment is made through Stripe by card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) or TWINT. Access is unlocked as soon as Stripe confirms the payment.

7. Use of the DXF files

You may use exported hatches and the library files in your own projects, including professionally, for example in drawings for clients.

You may not pass on or sell the files as such, for example as a hatch collection, in template packages or for others to download. Every exported file contains an invisible identifier of your account.

8. Uploaded images

You only upload images you are allowed to use. Hatched uses them solely to calculate your hatches and does not pass them on.

9. Availability and liability

The provider strives for uninterrupted operation but does not guarantee it. Maintenance and outages are possible.

Check the hatches before using them in your drawings. To the extent permitted by law, the provider's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

10. Changes

The provider may change these terms. Changes are published on this page; for significant changes affecting running subscriptions you will be informed in advance.

11. Law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is [Town]. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain reserved.
